JITZ. shop terms
These terms cover the use of the jitz.pl online shop.
1. Seller
The shop is run by the owner of JITZ. Seller and contact details are on the Contact page.
2. Orders
You place an order by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. The sales contract is concluded when the shop confirms the order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping
Shipping rules and costs are on Shipping and returns and in the cart summary.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, with the exceptions provided by law. Details on Shipping and returns.
6. Complaints
Complaints about product defects can be sent through the Contact page. We reply within the statutory period.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the shop privacy policy.
